HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $99. Discount will be applied at checkout.. We ship from Greenwood Village, Colorado and use USPS for most orders but may use UPS and FEDEX ground at our discretion. Expedited shipping may be available. Please call or text our physical store at (303) 832-6565 and ask to speak to Reed for times and rates. Shipping is not refundable.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We inspect all December Diamonds Merman and Poke The Bear ornaments before shipping to guarantee you receive flawless merchandise free of flaws and hidden damage. In the event something is damaged in shipping, please take photos of the shipping box and damaged merchandise first, then contact MERMAN BEACH immediately. Please call or text (303) 832-6565. No returns will be accepted without pre-authorization..
If you return merchandise without a Return Authorization (RA#) your return will be refused and returned to the sender. CONTACT MERMAN BEACH IF YOU ARE PLANNING A RETURN. Pre-authorized returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt as long as the merman and its box is in mint condition and has all the original tags and packaging. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days of us receiving your package.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
#1) Take clear, well-lighted photos of the shipping box and inner packaging before contacting Merman Beach. We take great care to inspect and properly pack all items before they leave Merman Beach.
2) After taking photos, please call or text Merman Beach at (303) 832-6565 within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your photos of the outside in inside packaging. You may also email us at info@mermanbeach.com. We may choose to replace your item if possible or issue a refund.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We do our best to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need your order expedited, please text us at (303) 832-6565. Your order will be shipped from “Masten Framing” (our framing and gifts store in Denver, Colorado).
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Unfortunately, at this time we only accept orders and ship within the United States.

Delivery times vary by location. You can expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days, depending on your location and the type of shipping we used. All orders are shipped from our store in Colorado. Order processing is usually 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays plus Transit Time = Total Delivery Time. Expedited shipping and rush processing may be available. If you need your order rushed with expedited shipping, please text us at (303) 832-6565 before making your purchase. In the event of transportation failures caused by events beyond our control, your order may be delayed. Deliveries that are delayed due to weather conditions or events beyond the control of MERMAN BEACH are not subject to shipping refunds.
